Leave the Greenbelt alone! The Greenbelt is too valuable to pave; the proposed "swaps" will dilute it while being an overall net negative. This sort of creeping development costs all of us more in infrastructure costs and pollution from the requirement to use cars to get anywhere after further sprawl is built. Stop the giveaway to developers!
