I firmly oppose the destruction of the Greenbelt, as the destruction of our environment will have profound negative impacts on our ability to survive as organisms that live within that environment. There are alternate solutions that must not be ignored in favor of what seems more fruitful in the short-term but will cost severely in the long term!
