This project is a bad idea. The reduction of this greenspace will be bad for the environment, and the additional homes --- without adequate mass transit infrastructure --- will negatively impact the livability of the surrounding region. Build homes elsewhere, where there less damage to the environment. Invest in high density housing with adequate transportation.
