I am opposed to transfering any land out of the green belt. Increasing density in the existing developments and municipalities should be the first step.

The failure to contain urban sprawl results in the destruction of fertile agricultural land and the erosion of protections on wild spaces in the densely populated areas of the province.

There should be no changes to the greenbelt unless it is to add more lands. Nothing should be traded for political expedience like what this law proposes.
