We cannot abide the encroachment on the green belt, these protected lands are essential to preventing sprawl and furthering car-dependent communities. We will never be rid of the congestion on our highways and in our cities if we keep encouraging this sort of development. Densification is key to our continued growth and a successful clean future - I also do not appreciate Doug Ford blatantly going back on his word to not touch the green belt.
