I think this is a great initiative by the government to exclude light duty vehicles. Thank you for this.
I would also suggest that a related step could be to look at heavy machinery and heavy equipment beyond trucks on the highways. All these heavy commercial vehicles belches out a lot of exhaust that can have effects on health. This focus should include heavy equipment on construction sites and in mines etc.
