While i appreciate the elimination of the useless Drive Clean program.i would hope the Conservative party would take into consideration the owners of 3500 series pick up truck owners who are currently extorted as HEAVY DUTY by the government,simply for being a few hundred pound in gross vehicule weight rating as compared to the exact same vehicule in a 2500 series pick up truck,same engine,same powertrain,same everything as far as emissions go,so why should i be penalized for drving a dual wheeled vehicule simply because i like the look of them and NOT USED COMMERCIALY,if an owner of a 3500 series pick up does use it commercially,then he should fall under commercial rules,but when not used commercially,there is no difference between the dual wheel pick up truck and the non dually pick up truck,this is simply another money grab by government,and a program that refuses to use common sense,
