Studies show we have land available to densify housing without destroying valuable wetlands, sources of clean water and outdoor enjoyment. Enabling more sprawl, which is shown to be more expensive to build/maintain/service, will increase congestion and not provide the housing / community solutions the next generation of Canadians needs.
