It is obvious to everyone…

It is obvious to everyone that this incursion into porous farmland and natural areas (which we are already very short of) is at the prodding of massive companies that build miserable low density subdivisions, that condemn residents to a life of sitting in their cars.
It is also obvious to everyone that the better way to add housing is to override the precious resident’s mafias that block mid-rise densification in existing Toronto neighborhoods.
It’s embarrassing, and sad, but kind of amazing how cheap your loyalty is (the big home builders would try much harder to sweeten the deal if you had any savvy at all) and how weak your resolve is to challenge the residents associations. Pathetic.
