As the Service Manager of a Luxury Car dealership, I strongly agree with this decision.
This has been a useless program that has been frustrating for customers, dealers, absolutely everyone really. It has not reduced emissions. In fact, we frequently see vehicles that should pass fail and cars that should fail...pass.
Thank you for finally cancelling this horrible program!
