This is absolutely appalling. I know the Ford government does not care about climate change. They made that clear enough by scrapping every renewable energy project we had.
"Developing" (i.e., giving lobbyists and friends public money) the Greenbelt is another slap in the face and further accelerates our collective demise. Please don't do it.
