Such a large scale removal of lands from the greenbelt is not responsible and will contribute to the destruction of significant wetlands. My thoughts are that this removal of lands from the greenbelt should be reduced to 25% or perhaps 33% of the proposed thousands of acres.
Incentivize single family home owners with sufficient properties in urban centers to create laneway homes or additional structures on their property to create a larger number of living spaces in our existing urban centers.
