Cooling effect on the greenbelt - with an impending energy shortage, and no real plan to remediate it, and the increasing tempatures of the GTA, we are going to put massive stain on our energy grid.

We need more trees to combat climate change and improve air quality!

Increasing sprawl - actively deteriorates our quality of life and air quality. We need density, not sprawl.
