The protected lands in Ontario must remain that way at all costs.

We drew a line in the sand, and we must stick with it.

To continue down the road of continually encroaching on nature to solve humanity’s problems, we come face-to-face with the question:

WHERE DOES IT END?

It ends here, and now.

Because the alternative leads us down the path where we continue paving paradise as an excuse for our own truly poor planning and dreadfully poor decision-making.

High-density, nature-first solutions must be discovered, uncovered, and championed.

We must resist the urge to allow ourselves ‘quick-fix’ solutions.

All of the issues facing humanity are the result of acting first and thinking later.

We must be the first to do better than that.

We must be the first to say ‘no’ - we cannot continue to sacrifice our irreplaceable and priceless natural world as the price to pay for our own short-sighted laziness.

Do better.

Do what is right.

Find better solutions.

It doesn’t ‘cost’ us to find better solutions, it SERVES us.
