If you want to build do it higher up north. Ontario is big, Canada is big. No need to overpopulate areas where the infrastructure barely supports its current population. An more concerning, taking the little bit of green space we have for the wild life and little animals that live there. We have an obligation to at least protect the little bit that is left of their habitat. Reconsidere, there is plenty of space in other areas up north.
