It is reasonable to expect that programs will change over time but as it relates to the DriveClean program the shop owners, that made this program work in the first place with high investments, must be supported for their past investment and not discouraged in further ones.
That you would suggest that at minimum, with the reduced volume expected, the monthly maintenance cost for the equipment be greatly reduced from the $307.36 (w/tax) that is currently being paid. A reasonable expectation is that the reduced volume will lessen wear and tear on the equipment and that less than $100/monthly (w/tax) is only realistic. This will also help in recouping the investment over the longer term considering the reduced testing.
