I am a land tax payer in Ontario. I have raised three children and am retired. This highway through the Holland Marsh is not a very good idea to say the least. The richest topsoil probably in the country is going to be scraped down to the clay and delivered throughout this province to other jurisdictions at the profit of the contractors. How much money is this topsoil worth and who is buying it from the Gov't? Not to forget that the Holland marsh is called a Marsh because it is. Stop this project. I will and so will my children, be out on site to protest when the bulldozers roll.
