This is much-desired news. However, the type of development in these areas is also important. Maintaining a higher ratio of Condominuim-type dwellings which are more affordable will allow us to maximize the land that we take away from Greenbelt.
If we take the land for building fewer Individual dwellings that only the affluent members of our community or international investors can afford, doesn't help the majority of the community.
