Doug Ford talks about the immigration plan that was recently released by the federal government as a reason for encroaching into the Greenbelt. However, it is not guaranteed that all these new immigrants will be staying in Ontario, there is actually a need for younger workers in the Atlantic provinces to support the aging population there.

I feel like we should stop letting the city NIMBYs dominate the conversation and actually allow denser housing in cities and make sure that we scale up the health and education infrastructure as well.
