It may be prudent to look elsewhere for the devastating effect of climate change due to the ignorance of disregarding the protection laws already in place. The Moraine needs to continue to be protected allowing the land and it's vegetation to absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere reducing greenhouse gas emissions, not to mention it is vital to sustaining our watersheds. What is the point in setting up laws to protect these areas if the laws are only to be overturned. So frustrating.
