The concept is a good one…

The concept is a good one. There is little need for all car owners to subsidize poor maintenance of a few car owners. The concept that cars are better made and provide an opportunity to reduce costs for Ontario car owners is justified. Taxes in Ontario are far too high and this program is a hidden tax. More opportunities like this need to be found.
