This is disgusting. What’s the point of land being designated as “protected” if developers are allowed to buy it out (ahead of time nonetheless, because they knew this would happen)? The Bloomington station was created in 2021, it’s abysmally obvious that GO made it incredibly lucrative for developers by plopping that mass of concrete down on the greenbelt, all using taxpayer money in the process.
Great job, everyone is so competent in this situation. Money is a disease. I’m waiting for spacefaring aliens to come and claim this world - they’ll probably treat it with a bit more respect.
