Dear Commissioner Saxe,

Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback on Bill 4 - the Cap and Trade Cancellation Act. As we have seen and I know you are also aware of this - we have had unprecedented extreme weather here in Ontario, in the rest of Canada and throughout the world. It is very disappointing that our new Premier has decided to scrap what was a successful program in the short time that it run. I think we need a stronger law on environmental policy as soon as possible!
