This seems like a big investment of resources and I just wonder if Ontario needs a new highway more than they need to put money into fixing the education and medical systems that are both on the verge of collapse? Not to mention the devastating environmental effect that this would have.
Ford also promised he would never develop the Greenbelt but he's lied before so no one in this province is surprised.
