The wildlife and species of floral eta that inhabit the green belt would be murdered by this development. Those that survived would be forced out into urban areas which raises the risk of disease and infection to people and domestic animals. Also well as the risk of more accidents caused by wildlife crossing roads or coming in contact with people and potential bites occurring.
There are many areas that not protected land or are buildings that are vacated that could be repurposed for lower income and more affordable living situations.
