Why is this even coming up? Ford says he listened to the people and would NOT do this.
This is a terrible idea!! Those are protected lands, they need to stay that way!! There are animals & biodiversity in that area. The GTA barely has any green space left!
Redevelopment of old abandoned buildings/unused land into affordable housing within the city is a much better idea!
