I don’t believe this stretch…

I don’t believe this stretch of PROTECTED land should be destroyed for construction. It should stay protected and the money should be allotted somewhere it will have a direct impact on the lives of Ontario residents. There are plenty of places we could use the extra money, the public school system, the healthcare system, mental health resources, low income housing - the wait for housing is YEARS. I know people who have waited over a decade for housing. A DECADE. The money can be used for putting food in the mouths of Ontario residents. Food bank usage is on the rise and with a recession coming people need help. When so many people RELY on government funded resources to just survive, you have to stop and think if these kinds of projects are really a necessity. Please take care of the people in Ontario. Do the right thing.
