In a time when climate change is so painfully evident in our 15 - 20 degree November day, is it really a wise choice to being building homes on protected wetlands? This is unbelievably disappointing and the blatant disregard for nature is disturbing. As a young woman who recently moved from Vancouver to Toronto I am well aware of our current housing crisis. Yes we need more AFFORDABLE housing, but not in the proposed area. I urge our provincial government to abandon this proposal and seek alternative action elsewhere.
