I'm born and raised in the Golden Horseshoe; I grew up in Oakville and now live in Hamilton. I've lived in Quebec and recently spent the past year in Vancouver, two absurdly beautiful places. Still, I decided to return to the Horseshoe to set my roots and that is in no small part to the natural beauty that the Green Belt offers. Please, for the love of whichever deity you choose or just out of respect for the natural ecosystem, DO NOT develop our Green Belt. As a teacher, I'd very much appreciate the opportunity to share this space with my students well into my future.
