Let's keep it simple for all the politicians who would rather see their donors get rich than do the right thing. They are not building new farm land start building the city up and stop coming out into the country. Single detached homes in suburbs are a complete waste of resources and only further destroy the planet. High density housing and a modern transportion system is the way of the future not further sprawl away from a city center. We need to keep the green space green not full of concrete and garbage.
