I do not support removing the protection act for the Greenbelt. As a young adult, this will destroy my generation's future as Doug Ford seems determined to do so. Climate change is real and I'm filled with an sense of anxiety and dread whenever I think of the future as I don't think that I'll even live to 80 years old with the path we're going down. Destroying the Greenbelt for "increasing" housing (housing crisis is about affordability and landlord greed rather than not enough housing) and creating 413 highway (increasing a whole 3 minutes of extra time to people commuting - sounds like you're just trying to put money in your friend's pockets as usual) is not worth destroying our futures.
Destroying the Greenbelt would lead to large and negative impacts on climate changes but also destroy the ecosystems where many animals and wildlife rely heavily upon especially with the already consistent building into the countryside.
You would think that you make smarter decisions for the generations to follow but I guess that's too hard, seeing as empathy is a trait that is hard for you to comprehend (seeing as you don't even support a living wage with the outrageous increase in the cost of food and housing *cough* education workers, healthcare workers, etc. *cough*).
Just know that the future generations are watching and so far, very disappointed in what you have "achieved" while representing the residents of Ontario.
