There are so many buildings…

There are so many buildings sitting empty or at partial capacity. These present opportunities for high density low income housing. These present opportunity for development into modest condos. These present a solution to the need for housing. Destroying our eco system is NOT a solution. The green belt is protected for a reason and it needs to stay that way. Increased population only makes it MORE imperative that we preserve all of the green space that we have as society’s increased carbon footprint needs to be counteracted with the ecosystem to balance it.
