This is the worst idea I have heard in so long. I am very against the idea of using protected land to create suburbs. This will not help solve the issues with unhoused people, the housing crisis, or helping families who are struggling. Instead this is putting money in the pockets of already bloated corporations and construction companies. As a province we should be protecting more land, not destroying the earth for the sake of profits. This plan is needless destruction of green space and animal habitats.
