Urban sprawl does not foster the type of development Ontario needs. Ontario needs housing development that focuses on increasing population density so that public services become more efficient.

Policy should support multi-family and appartment buildings very near to existing population centres. Single family home sprawl through the green belt helps no one in the long run.

Improve Ontario with population density in order to deliver economies of scale from public services like transportation, policing, education etc... Make our cities more globally competitive. Stop urban sprawl.
