As part of your Treaty obligations, free prior and informed consent needs to be given by the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. I do not see that consultation has been done. If it has, it needs to be in the preamble for proposals such as these. If it hasn't, cease from reading the land acknowledgement before meetings because the government doesn't understand what it means. Without proper consultation, this should not have begun.
