This is a corrupt money grab from the developers that have Doug Ford in their pockets. Please focus efforts on low income housing and viable solutions for new families. How can we optimize the space we have like repurposing office buildings, having apartment/condos being built east of Toronto further into Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville etc.
