We do not need to use the green belt for more single family homes. All this bill helps are the already successful developer companies. It does not tackle the issue of the housing crises at all because a lot of these home they will be building will be unattainable for most.

What the city needs to do is change zoning in current neighbours to allow new low rise construction, and current homes to be converted into duplexes, triplexes, etc. but building low rise isn’t profitable for the developers so they don’t want to do it. Just massive subdivisions or huge condos. This is shameful we live in a beautiful county we need to protect it.
