I am highly opposed to this kind of development process that holds no regard for environmental issues and protection of environmentally sensitive lands. This land grab designed for developer profits under the guise of necessary housing is just another of Doug Ford’s measures to ride roughshod over anything and everybody to get what he and his buddies want with no regard towards the impact this will have long term. Bill 23 is not responsible planning. Just another cash grab
