Please stop the proposal to urbanize the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve. The Province is proposing to completely remove and plant houses on the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve (DRAP). These lands were sold with public money with the agreement that they remain agricultural in perpetuity! THAT should concern every taxpayer in Ontario! They have agricultural easements on title. They have their own legislation - Bill 16, the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve Act. They are Greenbelt Lands. Developers should not be allowed to speculate and make millions off the public purse!
