It’s absolutely unrealistic to continue band aid fixes for issues that will continue to prevail without proper reform of priorities. Realistically, there’s no benefit to the general population in this proposal. Investing and focusing more on preservation and rejuvenation of vacant or unused infrastructure would be a much better.
