I would ask the Ford government to consider the long term effects on the environment that we all share and not to push through Bill 4. If you are only looking at the financial outcome of pulling out of the cap and trade system then we are on the hook for billions in legal fees and penalties!! I am adamantly against this bill. We need to have a progressive means to keep polluters in check. This bill is taking us back in time when we need to take action to protect our environment and leaving us with a big bill to boot! Please live up to your name as a progressive government and act with more restraint! Don't push through a bill that so many Canadians see as a step backwards.
