This great earth that we inhabit is on a destructive trajectory, mostly precipitated by human growth and consumption. The earth is finite. It doesn't grow more space because we want it; it doesn't clean out the filth we put in our air and soil because we want it; it doesn't adjust temperature and weather patterns because we want it. We have to work with the patterns of nature to survive. To cancel the Cap and Trade and other environmental policies and not put something better in place is folly - the ostrich with its head in the sand. Cancel it if you must, but not before you have a much better plan in place. We don't have time for folly.
