DO NOT override the green…

DO NOT override the green belt for housing. People need compact, middle and high density housing in areas where people’s jobs and the infrastructure supporting their lives exist (urban areas, cities and towns, etc), not in conserved green space!

Please instead consider requiring more affordable units in current planned developments and not letting developers buy their way out of creating dignified, affordable and sustainable long term housing. Expand access to laneway suites, lot subdividing and other ways that people can share their property and grow density.
