Setting an across-the-board limit for affordable housing is a flawed proposal.
Not only does it ignore the varying need for affordable housing, but it also means less affordable housing.
The whole point of this Bill was to build people become homeowners; making home ownership out of reach for a large portion of Ontarians has the opposite effect.
