I feel like everyone knows…

I feel like everyone knows this is a terrible bill for everyone except developers. This bill is sacrificing farm land, wet lands, ecosystems that will never be recovered, it is making it harder for cities to densify when we know that is the most affordable and most ecologically responsible mode of development. We are making the climate crisis worse with this bill and not even increasing access to actually affordable housing. We are sacrificing so much with this bill to make wealthy developers even richer. Even partisan supporters of this bill should pause to actually consider the destruction they are wreaking on this Earth by decisions like these.
