This is a terrible idea and will do nothing to address the affordable housing crisis.
It will hurt the environment and will only serve to line Ford’s pockets.
He swore he wouldn’t touch the greenbelt, and Ford should be held to that.
There are vacant buildings in Toronto that could be repurposed into actual affordable housing. Destroying the environment for more mansions or subdivisions with homes starting at $1M helps NO ONE but the developers.
