What has changed with having the lands protected before the current government and past governments? In my opinion this sounds like corruption 101 and if it isn't, it certainly looks like . Why isn't anyone looking into this? Want more housing to be available tax individuals that own multiple dwellings that is one of the causes of home ownership and prices increasing beyond what anyone can afford. We have lands set aside because of past studies. Lands should be protected, once we decide to change the decision to protect them nothing will prevent protection of the lands set aside.
Protect the environment for future generations, stop urban sprawl and lets come up with innovative ideas for future homes......Example shopping malls, schools under a residential building. Factories and industrial lands same with many built underground below parks and such within the city limits. Lets stick with studies done in the past. Decisions should be made for the benefit of all not just a few rich individuals
