On behalf of Richmond Properties (Block 41) Inc. we are requesting their lands located in Part Lot 26, Concession 6 - City of Vaughan be removed from the Greenbelt Plan boundary. These lands are contiguous to lands located outside the greenbelt plan in Block 41 which are designated and zoned for residential land uses. the removal of these lands will facilitate more homes for the missing middle in an area that has been subject to detailed studywork and readily servicable. Further supporting information has also been attached.
