I absolutely object to this consideration and planned action to review greenbelt space as building space. Do not rip up any further moraines nor the greenbelt. Your voters are not in support of this.

The housing crisis needs attention in terms of rent control as many units and homes sit empty with extraordinary rent. Lower those rentals, fill those spaces, then consider vertical space outside of our protected moraines and green belt.
