Please stay away from the forests and invest in medium density housing throughout suburban areas supported by mixed small business designations.
We do not need to unprotect land. That’s evil and short sighted. I don’t care how you think it might make for a sick marketing beat for a year or two or make some friends richer. Leave the forests alone.
